Gastronomy Apron

This is “the” apron.  Great for baristas and roasters, but also invaluable for any kitchen application, carpenter, fish market clerk or any “handy” job where durability and extra pockets are a must. 

Its handmade in Korea by Seungmin Jung, a craftsman specialising in leather goods.  It is based on the original “gentlemen’s apron”, but is modified with slightley smaller straps for a hammer or cupping spoon, and a bit extra on the length.

Constructed of waxed canvas, cow-leather and brass detailing.  The more it is worn, the better it looks!
