A specialised, chlorine-free powder designed to clean, sanitise and combat hard water scale in chilled beverage dispensers, including granita and slushie machines. This product has been independently tested and proven to eliminate common food pathogens effectively.

Step-by-step guide on how to use it:

1. If applicable, remove any remaining product and dispose of it properly.

2. Carefully disassemble the dispenser components and rinse them with tap water.

3. Create a cleaning solution by mixing one (1) scoop (30ml) of Eisofen with every 3 litres of tap water. Ensure proper dilution by using a whisk and a jug.

4. Employ suitable cleaning brushes and the prepared solution to clean all components following the dispenser’s cleaning instructions.

5. Let the solution stand for 15 minutes to ensure thorough sanitation.

6. Rinse all components again and reassemble the dispenser.

Important Note: Avoid mixing this product with soaps, detergents, or other chemicals to prevent deactivation.

Please be aware that this product is hazardous, containing 30-60% Sodium carbonate and 4.9% quaternary ammonium compound. Handle with care and follow safety guidelines when using it.
